Service Delivery Policy

Agentic Automation Labs provides a digital software service. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

How each plan is delivered

Starter Lite. Your dashboard access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. After you upload your files and links, your agent is built automatically, and we notify you by email and in your dashboard when it's ready. This usually takes 24 to 48 hours.

Starter, Growth and Pro. Onboarding starts once your setup fee is paid and we've received your materials. Your go-live date is set in your onboarding plan after your Automation Audit.

WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. These go live after Meta approves business verification for your account. Meta sets that timeline.

Add-ons. Conversation bundles are added to your account once payment is confirmed. White-labeling and CRM integration are delivered on the timeline agreed in your order.

Delays

If we're waiting on materials or access from you, or on a third party such as Meta, your timeline moves accordingly. We keep you updated by email.
